Application Fee: A non-refundable application processing fee of $50.00 is required.  

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Income: Qualifying gross income must be at least 3X monthly rent or guaranteed by parent or guardian.

Employment (non-students): If employed less than one year, verification of previous employers

Selection Criteria: Approved parental guarantee or a positive credit report with score 600 or higher,

verifiable income, good rental references and a clear criminal background check are required.  

Pets: Pets may be allowed with mgmt approval – no weight or breed restrictions. An increased security deposit of $100 is required for pet owners, two pets maximum.  A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be charged at move-in.
